If you no longer want your Stitched by Caitlin bag, we understand things can change. You can return your items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they have not been used or washed, and are in their original packaging.

How to return your items

1. Email us at hello@stitchedbycaitlin.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
   
2. We will provide the return address, but you will have to cover postage for the return, so please ensure you select a shipping method that has tracking so you can keep an eye on it
   
3. Once we receive your items, and confirm everything is okay, we'll issue a refund (minus the cost of the original delivery) to your original payment method
